Motorola comes with new 5 MP camera phone.
Motorola ZINE ZN5 (also called the MOTOZINE). Motorola ZINE ZN5 can upload pictures directly to the Kodak gallery through the handset's data connection. The ZN5 also supports bluetooth printing to compatible devices. Screen size of phone is 240x320 pixels.

UIQ Announce Plans To Layoff 200 Employees
Thanks to God, I don’t work for UIQ.
Symbian, UI company UIQ have announced plans to layoff of 200 employees (reports BLT.se). Currently the majority of the 375 staff are employed in the Ronneby offices, with the balance of staff in two foreign offices in London and Budapest. These offices will probably close. Further details will be announced by UIQ this afternoon.

Samsung's New Handset L700
Samsung has announced a new handset called the L700. It has a 2.1 inch TFT display and a large keypad for easy of use. It has 2 MP Camera phone. Bluetooth, Media Player, 3G network & also supports video calling by using front camera.

Sony Ericsson launches MTV phone
SE has release a w760I, a MTV sponsored handset, the device also includes a multipurpose speaker which can play tracks at a louder volume than most other music-enabled handsets.
The phone is expected to retail at about €300 (£238) and also comes equipped with GPS, an FM radio antenna and advanced Walkman functions.

A new study has revealed that mobiles phones are more injurious to people’s health as compared to smoking. Mobile phone usage and brain cancer are linked to each other. Using mobile phones for more than 10 years could double up one’s risk of having brain tumour. A research carried out by a leading Australian neurosurgeon Dr. Vini Khurana
He also told that handset radiations could heat the side of the head or potentially thermoelectrically interact with the brain, whereas Bluetooth devices and unshielded headsets could alter the handset user's head into an effective, potentially self-harming antenna.

Bharti Airtel will offer money transfer through mobile
Bharti Airtel will soon start the money transfer service through mobile. It will allows both its prepaid and postpaid users to link their credit card, debit card or bank accounts to their mobile connection. Customers will be able to pay their utility bills and also pay for their railway tickets and hotel rooms via their handsets.
Bharti Airtel and IBM are also working together to create the ‘Mobile Wallet’ that will turn your mobile phone into a credit card.
